For those journeying from afar to be with us
Our wedding is Saturday, March 20 at 5:00 PM (local time) in Buenavista de Cuéllar, Guerrero—Carlos’s hometown!
There are no flights directly to Buenavista, so all guests traveling from afar will fly into Mexico City (MEX) and travel overland from there. We recommend arriving Thursday, March 18 or Friday, March 19. Please do not plan to arrive the morning of the wedding.
BELOW ARE TWO WAYS TO HANDLE TRANSPORTATION TO BUENAVISTA:
Let Us Coordinate
GROUP SHUTTLE
We will arrange a private shuttle from Mexico City Airport:
Shuttle days: Thursday, March 18 or Friday, March 19
Drop-off: Buenavista de Cuéllar
The shuttle will return to Mexico City on the following Sunday and Monday.
This is the simplest, most seamless option if your flight timing aligns. If you'd like to reserve a seat, please indicate that on your RSVP. Once you do, let us know your flight arrival time into Mexico City (MEX) by January 1, and we'll coordinate a shuttle time that works best for everyone.
Coordinate It Yourself
PRIVATE DRIVER (DOOR-TO-DOOR)
You arrange transportation directly from the airport to Buenavista de Cuéllar.
Approximate cost: $150 USD one way for a group of 4
Must be arranged by January 1, 2027
This is a great option if you're traveling with friends or arriving at a different time than the group shuttle. Please reach out to Libby and/or Carlos for help booking a driver—we're happy to connect you with someone we trust.

WHERE TO STAY
We've arranged room blocks at El Molino, located right on the venue grounds. To book, simply email us at libbycarlos3@gmail.com and mention everyone in your party and the space needed. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later to secure your spot.

P.S. Should El Molino reach capacity, additional accommodations are available in Buenavista, just five minutes from the venue. Please reach out, and we'll be happy to help arrange your stay.

We know many of you will be traveling a long way to be with us, and we couldn't be more grateful. Please join us the evening before the wedding for a casual welcome dinner — a chance to relax after your travels, meet other guests, and get a taste of the town before the big celebration. All we ask is that you bring your appetite and your good energy. We can't wait to share this night with you.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception are at Salón El Molino.
WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?
Yes! Please bring a light jacket and appropriate shoes. The temperature tends to drop as the sun goes.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes, children are welcome. Just keep in mind the celebration is outdoors and will run into the evening, so plan accordingly for little ones who may need an earlier night.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Please refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. Photos during the reception are more than welcome!
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Please fly into Mexico City International Airport (MEX). There are no flights directly to Buenavista de Cuéllar. All guests will travel overland from Mexico City to Buenavista. We strongly recommend arriving Thursday, March 18, or Friday, March 19. Please do not plan to arrive the morning of the wedding.
WILL THERE BE PARKING?
Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for those flying in. For those driving, parking is available on-site.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Your invitation will indicate if a plus-one is allowed.
WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Please let us know if you'll be able to attend by January 1st.
